Classes
If you identify with being in a constant state of overactive/must do, never taking time for yourself, racing thoughts, tension in your body, illness and irritability then I invite you to try a group class or 1-2-1. Being able to go inward to see what you need to care for yourself and regulate your nervous system to keep well, efficient and stable in a demanding world.
Classes
Classes are small and intimate with a maximum of 8 people and take place in my home studio which has been created with Yoga in mind. You don’t need to bring anything - all props including mats, blocks, blankets, belts and eye pillows are all provided for you so you can just arrive. You are of course welcome to bring your own mat and/or props if you prefer.
1-2-1 Classes
Whether you're looking for a gentle introduction to Yoga, develop a regular practice or are recovering from an injury or illness, a 1-2-1 class is private and sequences can be tailored to your individual needs. Classes are 60 or 90 minutes long and can take place at the studio or in the comfort of your own home via Zoom.
Workplace Wellbeing
Offering workshops or a series of classes which can be tailor- made to suit your individual company needs either delivered in person or on-line. Knowing first-hand how yoga and relaxation can benefit staff, particularly in the service industries.
